2. Service Description
Sonder Homeschool Planner provides tools to organize homeschool planning, including student profiles, curriculum planning, project tracking, skills, notes, and calendar workflows.
We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Promotions
- Paid access is offered through recurring subscription billing.
- Subscription fees, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Promotion codes and discounts may be limited, changed, or revoked at our discretion.
- Refunds, if any, are handled according to the policy shown at checkout or required by law.
4. User Content and Data
- You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., notes, student info, planning entries).
- You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content to operate the Service.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the data you upload.
5. Child and Student Information
The Service may store student-related information entered by a parent/guardian or authorized educator. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required to submit that information.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
